LANZAROTE SOUTH TOUR

Price

€65.00

Volcanism in its purest form!
This excursion will take you to discover the most spectacular volcanic landscapes of Lanzarote.

The tour begins with a visit to the famous Timanfaya National Park, where you will admire the incredible Route of the Volcanoes, a panoramic route among craters, lava flows and lunar landscapes that make this area unique in the world. During the visit we will also witness the spectacular geothermal demonstrations that show the heat still present beneath the earth’s surface. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to experience a typical activity of the island with a camel ride (optional activity).

We will then continue towards the extraordinary wine region of La Geria, one of the most unique agricultural landscapes of the Canary Islands, where vineyards grow in small craters dug into the volcanic ash. Here there will also be a tasting of local wine.

The day continues with a stop for lunch in the village of Yaiza (lunch not included).

The final stop will be in the picturesque village of El Golfo. After a short walk you will be able to admire one of the most iconic landscapes of the island: an ancient volcanic crater partially submerged by the sea, where the famous Green Lake is located, an emerald-colored lagoon that contrasts with the black volcanic sand of the beach.
