LAND AND TABLE (MONDAY)
€150.00
A Monday Among Volcanic Landscapes, Walks, and Dining with a View!
The Land & Table tour is designed for those who want to discover the most authentic soul of Gran Canaria: hidden among mountains, stone villages, green trails, and traditional dishes served on terraces overlooking tranquil scenery.
The tour starts between 8:00 and 9:00, with convenient pick-up directly from your accommodation. After about 20 minutes of travel, the journey heads inland, with the first stop at the Mirador Astronómico, a panoramic viewpoint perfect for orienting yourself among the sky, extinct volcanoes, and open horizons.
Next, you’ll move to the famous Roque Nublo, where the view is powerful and the silence even more striking. After a brief photo stop between Tejeda and Artenara, you’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with a natural terrace overlooking the caldera. Here, you can savor the island’s flavors while surrounded by a landscape that seems from another era.
In the early afternoon, a relaxing walk awaits in the Tamadaba area, among pine forests and gently sloping trails. You will reach a lesser-known viewpoint within the natural reserve, where the gaze stretches from mountain gorges to the west coast. From here begins the journey along one of Gran Canaria’s most spectacular scenic roads, passing through canyons and valleys with stops at strategic points such as the Mirador del Molino, ideal for capturing final photos in the afternoon light.
After about an hour of driving, the tour stops at a spectacular “window on the ocean”, where cliffs appear to plunge directly into the deep blue Atlantic. The final stop of the day is Los Azulejos, a surprising corner of the island where rocks seem hand-painted in shades of green, pink, and blue—a small geological masterpiece to admire up close.
The tour concludes with return to your accommodation around 19:00.
